Delivered with ease and on the date that was given.After 4 nights sleeping on the dreamcloud my back ache seems to have almost gone. Very comfortable to sleep on. This mattress isn’t too firm or too soft, just the right amount of support. So happy with my purchase so far.

We are loving it! Very comfortable and both myself and my partner are having a fab nights sleep, I was prone to back pain and so far so good! This is the most comfortable mattress i have ever had, i am so pleased with this purchase. Firm but not hard. It gives support in whatever position i sleep. My previous mattress was so uncomfortable & my quality of sleep was very poor, i used to wake up hot, aching & fatigued. From the day i received this mattress i have had excellent sleep. No tossing & turning, no body aches & it keeps my body cool. I would highly recommend.

We researched the top mattress brands and decided to go with DreamCloud. This was primarily because of the 365 day returns policy, plus what I had researched online (Inc videos on YouTube etc).The mattress is amazing. We initially felt it was slightly firm, but the structure means that within a few minutes you slowly sink into a soft and supported position. It is not bouncy. When you get in and out of bed the side structure remains firm. Our old mattress basically collapsed at the edges. This feels like great quality. My wife had a back issue and I had a shoulder issue which have gone since sleeping on this mattress.

Excellent service. Delivered when I wanted it, helpful delivery guys took it upstairs for me as I was on my own at home, and mattress itself is lovely. Have a fussy husband (I chose without him) and he really likes it too.
