If you do decide to keep your Dreamcloud, you get an impressive warranty. 1 year? No way. 5 years? Get out of here. The 10 year industry standard? Do they even believe in their product? How about a forever warranty?


That’s right, if there are any flaws in workmanship or materials, we’ll repair or replace your mattress for as long as you own it. If you’ve had it 10 years or fewer, we’ll send you a new mattress. After 10 years, we’ll fully repair your mattress. And shipping is always free. Now that’s a warranty.

Will a Dreamcloud work on my existing bed frame?

Yes, your Dreamcloud can be used on most normal bed frames and bases, including slatted or divans, as well as adjustable frames. We do not recommend placing your mattress on the floor, plastic base, or home-made foundation.

When can I expect to receive my Dreamcloud?

Free delivery is usually within two workings days. So super fast. If you need your mattress to be delivered on a specific day, you can select your ideal delivery date during checkout.
